No. Our spaces are intended strictly for commercial business use and may not be used to host personal events or gatherings.
Our spaces are often delivered with bare floors. This gives tenants the flexibility to choose and install the flooring that works best for their business
No, properties can only be secured with a signed lease and deposit.
At lease signing, tenants are typically required to pay the first month’s rent, last month’s rent, and a security deposit. These payments secure the space and must be received before move-in.

Viewings are usually held from 10am-2pm Monday-Friday
